Many times I have casted a member who auditioned outside of CCC but they have a profile on CCC. It makes it harder when it’s time to turn in finished work. I would love to be able to offer roles to members. Then they can turn in work and be included in project chats.

just chiming in here to say that I love this idea. I've always planned to have a dropdown to be able to cast anyone who auditioned, but the ability to type in any name on CCC makes a lot more sense.
