Some sort of verification system to curb spam/bot/AI accounts
I've been getting flooded with so many spam accounts trying to contact my projects with the same key features: They always comment on the project, and rarely actually submit auditions. Though they do both sometimes as well, and sometimes they even add a third way and direct message as well. MANY submissions to projects with the same stock, AI-generated and sometimes typo-filled message. It's often claiming to be an animator, even if the audition is for a writer position, video editor position, or a voice acting role. The portfolio link that they share is also typo-ridden, and filled with AI-generated art that was not drawn by them. (And sometimes there is a Telegram link, though I posted an update saying that I would not click on any account with one and they've somewhat ceased) The account was just recently created, like in the same month or the month prior. I'm not sure how you guys would be able to tackle this, but thought I'd bring it up regardless. Maybe some form of CAPTCHA or identity verification like email verification in order to make sure the account isn't a bot account, but that's just an idea. I know some people have complained that it's hard to get auditions out on new accounts because sometimes they're too new to be viewed, but there's gotta be some sort of solution I hope. The account pictured is an example, and it even has a fake recommendation with the quotes left in the text from the AI generation, and the recommendation is from an account that was also created in the same month but trying to act like a seasoned creator account.
