It doesn't bother me but my mom side keeps wondering if the kids can see that. Can their be another filter specifically for adult material? Kind of like how acx does where those roles only show up if specified

Seconded. And when people want to host NSFW content, there should be a page explaining what that is and a checkbox they must check in order to post it -- so they don't try to get around it.
