Has anyone worked with the user Jay on here who is doing the Phineas and Ferb fan film?

I had been casted for the role of doofinschmirtz but they started off asking if I wanted to get started and I had to negotiate and push to get an agreed amount. it took so long for them to say they had an issue sending a request to my freshly mad cash app account and a week later I asked for their handel and they sent me a brand new account ( we are talking the day they sent their handle they made the account). they since then have gone quiet and have not said anything at all and the agreed amount was 50$. After stating my concern they switched the casting to offsite. could I have been ripped off and they be using the audio I sent them for a model?

is there any way to directly report the situation to CCC or is there any I can take at all?
