I think to make this a little bit more reasonable there should be a settings in your account where you can show or hide NSFW content that way kids can hide it and adults if they want to can show it

I personally don't see myself using a feature like this, but I've seen enough NSFW-only users on CCC and think this would be very helpful for those who are looking for NSFW projects.
