Give the option to add comments when leaving a role.

When choosing the option to leave a role and designate it as “left” Talent should have the option to leave a comment so people can know why they left that role. Either that or add another option that sounds less like you’ve abandoned the project, because in most cases we’d love to still work together but can’t due to getting ghosted or the project collapsing.

Yeah there is a "Leave Role" button. I agree there should be a prompt like "Please explain a reason to the Project creator (optional", but most times ppl just ghost like Anne said, and you have to go for another talent.

Agreed. Too many people abandon their projects/ghost on CCC. Most castings I've received get abandoned in the beginning stages.
