Have filter to show only open roles

When searching projects, there should be an option to only show projects that have open roles. Additionally, on the project search page, there should be an indicator next to each role saying whether it's open or closed.

I second this! It used to be a feature on the site, so I'm not sure why it was removed in favor of the super flat and frankly unhelpful view projects now have.
