https://twitter.com/cloverwrenva/status/1395554513730342917 36 I like knowing an age range of the person posting the call-for example I want to know if they are still in high school or not.

I mean honestly its fair to atleast be required to give an Twitter or something? Like, I worked with a few people that were underage and just… well acted like teenagers. There is nothing wrong with being a teenager, but at the same time there is a pretty high quota of being unreliable. xD
Again, not unheard of at that age but still annoying in group projects.
And any kind of social media usually everyone has. And I feel like that if you start anything creative you usually want people to see it. So its not unheard of to ask for?
Tho, Idk. Maybe I'm too old fashioned for that lol.
But knowing wether they are actual Adults would IMO help. I mean, especially AS a producer I don't really mind people knowing what I do lol. However, everything thats more personal should be not a question. People like to be butthurt about little useless stuff way too easily.
The rest weeds itself out IMO, if stuff like Age and maybe experience is a thing.
But then again, experience showcases itself in the way the casting call is written and IMO is just Alienating creators if there is a "Oh look at him, zero experience, thats kinda cringe" button besides their Name / Project.
But I do agree with the general sentiment here.

Absolutely. I just had two projects I'm in go belly up because the creator's mom decided to forbid her to use CCC anymore because people on here just "want to hurt people". Very tired of kids just....being flaky kids too, aside from the mom thing.

I'm not for having this to force a person to divulge an age range, because I think it could be used to discriminate. "oh this person is younger than what I want" or "older than what i want", even if they could voice the role. It's also a slippery slope. Would be require people to post what their ethnicity is? Political views? Religious or atheist views? It's, honestly, no one's business.

I understand that those who are interested in projects would like more information, but I believe it's up to the director to divulge such personal information- just like how those who are auditioning for their projects can choose what they'd like to share on their own user profiles. If the director wishes for interested parties to know their personal information, then they would likely add the information themselves. Also, you can ask them directly through project comments or by privately messaging if you have specific questions about the director.
However, I think a way to help directors share more information (if they're willing to) is to give them a more specified info field for them to fill. This would include the director's vision for the project, the project's roadmap, expectations for the project and/or cast members, and so on.

I hope we get a system like this because we really need it
