Their are plenty other genders than male and female, which are the only gender options you provide, even though a post that says non binary gender option exists. When making a character, why isn’t their, for example, the agender or genderfluid. Please please please be more inclusive

Gender identity is indeed important, as is representation. Agreed this would be a great inclusion for our profiles. 
When it comes to job listings and/or character descriptions, it’s a little more tricky as this is something that may not often be as easily conveyed simply via audio. 🤔
At least allowing us to include our personal identity on our profiles would be nice. 
There isn’t really a generally accepted shortlist for the “most common” identities - do you have a suggestion for what should be the standard options to choose from, and would having an “Other…” option with space to type your own particular identity in work?

Perhaps this list, which I took from a one of Australia's largest casting profile websites, could provide options enough - with "Other" at the end?
