This is going to open things up for trolling and such. I've already had some very negative experiences.

If you add this feature, please also add an ability for the VA and director to respond about it. There's potential for people to rate VAs and directors poorly because they simply dislike them for some petty, immature reason; or disagree with something the VA or director said, regardless if they were professional or not.
