Separate "audition deadline" and "casting deadline" options for creating projects

As a voice actor, I often look through my auditions to see if I'm getting feedback and whether my audition has been heard by a casting director. However, very few CDs reject all the unsuccessful applications or provide a time-frame for casting. In lieu of a whole project timeline - which may not be available this early into a project - I propose having an "audition deadline" for talents to submit their auditions/demos, alongside a "casting deadline" for CDs to allocate their roles. Either immediately after this deadline has passed or if a CD fails to engage after a pre-defined amount of time, auditions are automatically rejected.

I'm for this, as it would put some accountability on the CD. I've had projects I auditioned for sit for a long time, because the CD didn't want to cast or forgot or some nonsense.
