Instead of showing project deadlines and role deadlines in universal time, please just show it in the user's time based on their location so we don't have to try and recalculate the deadline based on a time zone we aren't in and don't use. For example, it's a bit annoying (just being honest) to upload something that's one date in your time zone but the universal time says it's tomorrow and now past the deadline. Similarly, allow project creators to set a deadline date and time in their own time zone and let it automatically show recalculated in each user's local time. This would be much more efficient.
